Chy an Carrack means house on the rock in Cornish. This beautiful 1900s farmhouse boasts panoramic sea views across St Ives Bay, harbour and beaches. Just a five minute stroll from here along the coast path is one of St Ives best beaches and the town’s top sea food restaurant  the Porthminster Cafe that sits on the sands. All of St Ives host of attractions including its picturesque fishing harbour, the Tate gallery and numerous shops and restaurants are within easy reach.

Inside are a choice of reception rooms with gorgeous sea views and a well equipped kitchen/dining room as well as a snug TV/cinema room with BT infinity broadband, BT sports and Netflix included. This room can also be used as a single bedroom with a bespoke daybed.

Upstairs are four luxurious bedrooms (two with ensuites) and three with sea views. Outside guests can enjoy the sub-tropical terraced garden with private dining patio – climb to the top of the garden for an awe inspiring view. There is also parking for two cars.

Catering, babysitting and private yoga lessons can be arranged on request. A week’s stay for up to eight starts from £1742.50 and three night weekend break from £871.50.  In high season a week’s stay costs £3750 and a weekend break from £1467.
