3 tbsp. Tracklements Tewkesbury Hot Mustard
12 rashers of streaky bacon
8 cocktail sausages
8 dried apricots
Oil of choice, for baking
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2 Spoon the Tracklements Tewkesbury Hot Mustard into a small, high-sided ramekin dish.
3 Snip the rashers of bacon in half width ways with a pair of scissors and stretch out slightly.
4 Dip the sausages, apricots and prunes into the mustard so they’re coated before wrapping each in a half rasher of streaky bacon.
5 Place on a lightly oiled baking tray and bake for around 20 minutes or until the bacon is cooked through and the sausage is piping hot.
6 Serve with additional Tracklements Tewkesbury Hot Mustard and enjoy – perfect for pre-party nibbles or at picnics.
