Rekindle your love of cycling

Rekindle your love of cycling

Bike Week 2016 is here. The annual celebration of everything cycling. Could this be the year that you rekindle your love of cycling?

By encouraging ‘everyday cycling for everyone’, you can pedal to work, embark on long summer bike rides, or simply pop to the shops. With light evenings and warm(ish) weather, there’s never been a better time to cycle.

If you hung up your cycle helmet a while ago, it could be the perfect time to make the transition to an electric bike. It’ll make you wonder why you ever stopped.

The Fenetic Sprint Electric Mountain Bike is the latest bit of hi-tech kit now available through the Fenetic Wellbeing website.

Powered by a state of the art Samsung Lithium Ion battery to get you going, this pedal-assisted bike will take you up to 35 miles at 15mph. All without breaking a sweat.

Six hours is all it takes to charge your battery. Unlike traditional batteries, Lithium ion batteries will continue to perform even after thousands of charge cycles.

The bike also features a screen that is automatically back lit in low-light conditions, so you’ll always see the temperature, your speed and total distance in front of you.

Your achy knees, exercise induced asthma or general mobility issues may have brought your cycling career to an end, but here’s how you can get back out on the open road. A sense of adventure is all you need to conquer steep hills, dirt trails and cobbled roads.

At just 21kg, with a quick release front wheel and saddle, it’s easy to throw into your car. You’ll also find 24 speed Shimano gears (just like the professionals use), alloy pedals, and a comfy Velo plush saddle.

It makes for a wonderful ride, whether you pedal it yourself, or take full advantage of the electric assistance.

Fenetic Wellbeing have a whole range of electric bikes. You’ll fit right in at Bike Week, with free delivery and a 12 month warranty, you can’t go wrong.
