Superfood Porridge

Serves: 1

You will need
40g Flahavan's Coarse Cut Oatmeal
200ml milk plus a little extra to serve
1 teaspoon manuka honey
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds sprinkled 

Directions
1. Place the oatmeal, milk and honey in a small pan and bring to the boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add a little extra milk at the end of cooking to give a softer consistency if desired.

2. Serve drizzled with honey and topped with the chia and pumpkin seeds.
