200g Doves Farm Brown Bread Flour Free From Gluten
3tbsp icing sugar*
1tsp Doves Farm Bicarbonate of Soda Free From Gluten
50g dried cranberries
250ml natural yogurt**
You can swap the above with the below for a free-from alternative
*apple juice concentrate
**250ml vegan yogurt
1 Light the oven to 200°C/Fan180°C/400°F/Gas 6
2 Sieve the flour, sugar (if using juice see step 2) and soda into a bowl. Mix well.
3 Add the cranberries, (and juice if using) yogurt and oil and stir together.
4 Divide the dough into two mounds and place them on a parchment lined oven tray. Dust lightly with a little extra flour and press each into a 3cm/1” thick circle.
5 Cut through each dough, dividing both into quarters.
6 Bake in a pre-heated oven for 30/35 minutes until golden brown.
