Pink Lady® Apple Pie Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

Serves:

You will need

1 frozen banana, peeled
1 cup of vegan yoghurt
1 large Pink Lady® apple, washed and cut up into chunks, core and stem removed
0.5 cups gluten free oats
2 tbsp chia or flax seeds
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla powder or extract
1 cup of plant-based milk (for example almond or rice milk)
2 tsp beetroot powder or freeze dried raspberry powder (optional)

Toppings (optional):

Pomegranate seeds
A drizzle of maple syrup
Chia seeds
Oats
Edible flowers
Pink Lady® apple slices
Nuts or seeds



Directions

1 Place all the smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately and add the toppings of your choice.
