1 large handful of baby spinach leaves
½ ripe avocado, peeled and chopped
1 ripe kiwi, peeled and chopped
1 ripe banana, peeled and chopped
300 ml almond milk or low fat milk.
2 tsps. honey
3 drops Cinnamon Spice Drops®
1 drop Turmeric Spice Drops®
1 Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and evenly mixed.
2 You can garnish this smoothie with a pinch of chia seeds.
