2 lb. new potatoes, halved
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. freshly chopped rosemary
Salt and pepper
Fresh rosemary sprigs
1 Preheat oven to 220°C.
2 Cut potatoes into halves and add to baking sheet.
3 Toss the potatoes with the olive oil, garlic and rosemary.
4 Roast in the oven until browned and crispy, stirring occasionally. Roast for 60-75 minutes.
5 Season to taste and add rosemary sprigs for serving.
