Almond and Cinnamon Museli

Serves: 1

You will need

150g jumbo porridge oats
50g oat bran
50g flaked almonds
25g sunflower seeds
1 tbsp wheatgerm
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 granny smith apple, grated
150ml semi-skimmed milk
2-3 tbsp natural yogurt



Directions

1 Mix all the ingredients together until you have the consistency of porridge.

2 Garnish with fresh raspberries.
