Fruit & Yoghurt Breakfast Sundae

Serves: 2

You will need
50g muesli
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
175g low fat Greek style natural yoghurt
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 teaspoons honey
50g raspberries
50g blueberries

Directions
1. Mix together the muesli, ginger, yoghurt, orange juice and honey.

2. Spoon the fruit into two pots and top with the muesli mixture.
