Oaty Yoghurt with Nuts

Serves: 1

You will need
25g jumbo oats
1 tablespoon flaked almonds
1 tablespoon hazelnuts, roughly chopped
2 teaspoon clear honey
3 dried apricots, chopped
1 tablespoon dried cranberries
150g low fat natural yoghurt

Directions
1. Dry fry the oats and nuts for about 3 minutes over a medium heat until toasted. Stir in the honey and dried fruit and allow to cool slightly.

2. Reserve 1 tablespoon of the mixture and stir the rest into the yoghurt. Spoon into a glass and top with the reserved oat mixture before serving.


Hints and tips:

Try using a flavoured yoghurt like strawberry or add fresh fruit for a different taste.
